• This smart contract-based tool can facilitate the lending and borrowing of NFTs. The lenders could be game
studios/game guilds/individual NFT investors, while the borrowers could be game guilds or guild members
• The lenders can earn interest from lending NFTs, and the borrowers can use the NFTs in gameplay to earn token
rewards.
• In order to borrow the NFTs, the borrowers have to collateralize crypto assets of 150% of the NFTs’ value
• When the collaterals depreciate in value, the smart contracts would execute the liquidation and prevent losses
to the lender
